  • (1) On site Maintenance Visit per year - Update Firmware, Check all system functions, ensure proper wire management, clean and dust all equipment ($250 value)

  • Guaranteed on site technician within 72 hours of reported issue

  • Discounted Remote Support - $35 per hour for OVRC, 4Site, Off Site Management and Remote Access

  • Phone, Text and Email Support - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Premium- $799 Annually

  • (1) On site Maintenance Visit per year - Update Firmware, Check all system functions, ensure proper wire management, clean and dust all equipment ($250 value)

  • Guaranteed on site technician within 48 hours of reported issue

  • Free Remote Support - OVRC, 4Site, Off Site Management and Remote Access all included

  • Phone, Text and Email Support - Monday - Friday  8am-9pm

  • (2) Onsite service calls per year included ($250 value)

  • System Intelligence Monitoring - Remote Support and oversight for advanced control systems such as Josh AI, Control4 & Savant*.  System adjustments, reports, and consistent improvements to the smart home experience.  *Some limitations exist regarding Savant updates - speak to a Mozaic representative for more info.
